~*~Terms Of Use~*~

 


***I reserve the right to change and modify these terms without notice!***

***You do not have to have a site to join but if you do, a Members Logo must be added with a clickable link back to Little Sunshine Dezigns at www.littlesunshinedezigns.info  Within 7 days of receiving the notice that your membership request was approved. If you don't have it added your membership will be suspended until it is added to your site. A membership page is fine. When I do logo checks if your logo is not displayed then your membership will be suspended until you have your membership logo displayed and linked properly.


*** If you and another person share a site then you are both required to purchase a membership and license***
***if you have a website...your site must have the protective codes installed to protect the graphics I create as well as the graphics I purchase for my members area...
if I visit your site and your site does not have the codes installed i will suspend your membership until the codes are installed***

***You may NEVER share your login Information with anyone.(I do check IP addresses) If you do you will be removed from Teddy Bears & Rainbows members area And NO refund will be given. If you are caught sharing graphics through sharing groups your membership will be terminated and you will not be allowed to rejoin.***

***I reserve the right to deny anyone membership.***


***No refund will be given in anyway once your membership payment is accepted.***


***My images are not to be passed through LiveJournal, Facebook, My Space or any other social site. They may not be passed through emails, groups such as MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Google etc.***


***Tubes***

Do not alter the tubes meaning cut or delete parts of them. Unless stated otherwise by me. Right click and save to your own hard drive, NO direct linking you will be banned if you do with no refund given. You must add something more than text to the tubes to make it your own creation. You may sell your creations as websets, Sig tags, premades or whatever else you make. Just please be sure you link them back to Little Sunshine Dezigns at www.littlesunshinedezigns.info. You can NOT make lineart or retube the tubes at Teddy Bears & Rainbows.


*** Lines ***


***You may only Tube my lines if you have a Tube License. You may NOT claim my lines, share or post my lines as they are, you MUST color them first. I have purchaseware in my members area and some sites require that you use a specific logo when using these lines.......You MUST use their logo and follow their terms as well as mine.


***AsIs License***


The AsIs license will cover anything in my members area that I have drawn and any lineart package that you purchase through Little Sunshine Dezigns Shop Only!!!
The License must be displayed on all pages that you are offering your product and selling it AsIs.

 

~*~All Lifetime Licenses are the lifetime of the website not your lifetime.~*~

***No Commercial use of anything on my site unless otherwise stated and you own a Commercial Use License. Please contact me for the pricing of the license.***
No using anything for scrapbooking or printing or anything of that sort.

***Purchaseware Products***


I will offer purchaseware products from stuff that I have created from my various memberships.
*End Use means you may create tags, websets, sig tags, alphas, wallpapers, free adoptions, IM letters, etc....
you may not add these to your members area as they are.
If it is an end use line pack you purchased you must first shade them before adding to your members area.
*AsIs means you may add the package to your members area as they are providing you give proper credit.
If it is a tube package and I have used someone elses lines you must credit both sites....
I will provide you with a logo and there will be a logo in the package you recieve.
**If you want to buy a line package and sell your finished product AsIs you must
purchase an AsIs/Profit License.


***I also reserve the right to change the TOU as I See fit.***
